About

Since you’re here now, something tells me that you enjoy watching, reading, and thinking about movies. But maybe you’re looking for an honest truth about movies and whether or not you should wait to watch it or if you should even watch it at all. Whatever the case may be, this is a blog for avid moviegoers, readers, bloggers alike, and film critics. If you love analyzing, interpreting, and discussing films, then you’ll feel right at home. This blog is intended to give insight to the themes, social institutions, cinematography, mise-en-scene, and the overall goal of the film. By the time you have finished reading a blog entry, you should have a better idea of whether or not a certain movie is worth your time, based on my sole opinion.

Yo! My name is Christopher Bennett Brewington and I am OBSESSED with movies and fascinated by how they play a part in our cultural society. Ever since I can remember, I’ve had a thing for movies and everything that comes with it. From the acting to the narrative, and all the way to the emotions that the movie provokes. I am currently living in Philadelphia, PA and I am a sophomore studying Media and Communications at Arcadia University. I hope to connect with people who like to dive deeper into the world of film and share my personal thoughts about movies. Before I go, I’m open to any recommendations so if you’d like me to talk about a certain movie, feel free to email me with any suggestions!
